My stay at Harrah's was incredible! The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered great views of the Mississippi River. I will definitely recommend and come back to visit Harrah's again. The buffet at Harrah's was a highlight for our stay!

The location of Harrah's is excellent. It is within walking distance to Bourbon Street, close to the riverfront, French Quarter, the aquarium, and many other sights, without being right in the hectic French Quarter.

8.2/10

The hotel had spacious and clean rooms with a great view, but lacked tables for laptops. The casino, bars, and Bourbon Street nearby offered a vibrant atmosphere, with the steakhouse's ribeye bone-in dish being a must-try. The service was excellent, especially with Shaun's attentive care. The Voodoo Bar in the casino served fantastic frozen drinks, and having a Fuddruckers nearby was a plus.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable, with a great view. However, I missed having tables to put my laptop on.
Service

The hotel's location was convenient, with friendly bell and parking staff. It was within walking distance of the French Quarter and close to attractions like the casino, festival park, and Bourbon Street.
Dining

The dining experience was good, with a nice variety of dishes, but some found it overpriced.
Facilities
The facilities were great, especially with the casino, bars, and the nearby Fuddruckers providing plenty of entertainment and dining options.

8.8/10

My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered great views. I loved the spacious layout, upscale feel, and the huge bathroom with a separate shower and toilet area. However, the dining experience fell a bit short in terms of variety. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city's top attractions. Overall, a great value for the quality of service and amenities provided.

Rooms
9.0
I couldn't have asked for a better room. It was clean, comfortable, and the bed was overly comfortable. The inner city view was a nice touch, and the superb bathroom added to the luxury of the stay.
Service
9.0
The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and courteous. They made my stay even more enjoyable by being attentive and accommodating to any needs I had.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location was key to exploring New Orleans easily. With close proximity to Bourbon Street, Cafe Du Monde, and other top attractions, it was a perfect starting point for my daily adventures.
Dining
7.0
Although the food served was good, I would have liked to see more variety and higher quality dishes compared to other places I've visited. The pricing was fair for the selection offered.
Facilities

The facilities exceeded my expectations. Everything was well-maintained, and the hotel provided all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
